Mitarbeiter war sehr unfreundlich und es kam mir vor als wäre keine Fachkompetenz vorhanden. I do not know why, but the gentlemen did not want to charge me for a service I paid immediately in cash, after a long back and forth I got my bill I do not know where the problem lay? Staff was very rude and it seemed to me as if no expertise available.

Auch schwierige Projekte wurden ohne Probleme einwandfrei gelöst. Kann ich nur jedem Weiterempfehlen!! Nichtsdestotrotz möchte ich auch meiner Meinung kundtun, auch ich bekam keine Rechnung obwohl ich sie für die Firma brauche, habe sehr lange herumdiskutiert und letztlich eine bekommen. Bei der Kompetenz kann ich meinem Vorredner nicht recht geben, diese war auf jeden Fall vorhanden, wollte eigentlich drei Sterne geben, aber wenn man so krass auf eine Kritik reagiert muss wohl ein Stern reichen, aufgrund des Verhaltens der Ism Technic GmbH und das nicht rausrücken der Rechnung kann ich die Firma nicht weiterempfehlen. So there you have to pay attention, how hard and radical is reacting to negative criticism. Nevertheless, I would like to say in my opinion, even I got no bill although I need them for the company, have long discussed and finally got one. In the competence, I can not agree with the previous speaker, this was definitely available, actually wanted to give three stars, but if you react so blatantly to a criticism must be enough a star, due to the behavior of Ism Technic GmbH and not put out I can not recommend the company to the invoice.

They always beat the competitions price, and deliver quality products. customer service is outstanding! there is a 7 hours time difference between our locations and they still never miss a beat. thanks ISM team!
