Es wurde lediglich eine Empfehlung ausgesprochen. Eine Empfehlung ist von einer behördliche Anordung meilenweit entfernt. I do not know where it says that "the authorities" (which specifically?) Have explicitly forbidden that stables, in which adjusters have set their horses in a hiring company, can no longer be visited. Only a recommendation was made. A recommendation is miles away from an official order.

P	Paul privat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als wir mit Kinder und Schlitten auf der Straße "Wöllersdorf" am Pferdestall vorbei gingen, ermahnte uns eine Dame, dass dies Privatgrund sei und sie es nicht wünsche, dass man hier vorbeigeht, denn die armen Tierchen könnten sich schrecken wenn die Kinder lachen. Ja gehts noch? Wahrscheinlich eine von den Personen die selbst keine Kinder hat oder halt einfach nur nicht leiden kann. Ein Tier, egal ob Pferd, Hund oder Katz, welches ein psychisches, seelisches oder mentales Trauma von Kinderlachen bekommt, hat solch ernsthafte Schäden, dass man ihm beim Freitod behilflich sein sollte.
