We did winter service from IRV in 2016/17 and by and large it worked well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlimmste Hausbetreuung, die es gibt. Nachher dreckiger wie vorher, im ganzen Stiegenhaus hängen die Spinnweben, auf der Eingangstüre kleben von Monaten die kaputten Insekten, am Boden liegen zentimetergroße Staubknödeln, aber laut Chef, der mehr als unsympathisch und arrogant ist, ist das sein Spitzenteam. Dann möchte ich nicht wissen, wie sein anderes Team arbeitet.
Worst home care there is. Afterwards it is dirtier than before, the cobwebs hang all over the staircase, the front door has been stuck with broken insects for months, there are centimeter-sized dust dumplings on the floor, but according to the boss, who is more than unsympathetic and arrogant, this is his top team. Then I don't want to know how his other team works.
