Im Falle eines Dreijahresvertrags und späterer Verlängerung des Mietverhältnisses => 1 Bruttomonatsmiete zuzüglich Umsatzsteuer bei Mietvertragsabschluss und ½ Bruttomonatsmiete zuzüglich Umsatzsteuer bei Verlängerung des Mietverhältnisses nach 3 Jahren. (Entnommen aus einer will haben Anzeige) Dies ist eine bodenlose Frechheit. Eine normale Mietwohnung und ihr wollt so viel Geld für so wenig Leistung eurerseits. Euer "Vermittlungshonorar" steht in absolut keiner Relation zur angebotenen Immobilie. Ich meide diese Firma, denn hier kommt man sich doch verarscht vor. I quote: Agency fee: Depending on the rental period, the agency fee is 1-2 gross monthly rents plus 20% sales tax. In the case of a three-year contract and a later extension of the lease => 1 gross monthly rent plus sales tax when the rental agreement is signed and ½ gross monthly rent plus sales tax when the lease is extended after 3 years. (Taken from a want ad) This is a bottomless cheek. A normal rental apartment and you want so much money for so little performance on your part. Your "placement fee" has absolutely no relation to the property offered. I avoid this company because it makes you feel foolish.
