Was tun?
Ich habe gestern Abend angerufen, die Tankstelle war bereits geschlossen und trotzdem wurde der Anruf angenommen und nach kurzer Erklärung daß wir dringend Öl bräuchten, durften wir kurzerhand vorbeikommen, Öl nachfüllen und damit war der Heiligabend gerettet.
Ein herzliches Dankeschön für soviel Freundlichkeit die weit über Kundenservice hinausgeht.

What to do?
I called yesterday evening, the gas station was already closed and the call was still accepted and after a brief explanation that we urgently needed oil, we were allowed to come by without further ado, refill oil and that saved Christmas Eve.
A big thank you for so much friendliness that goes far beyond customer service.
