★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Produkte in diesem Laden sind einfach Spitze!!! Aber es gibt einen Spitzer für die Fallminenbleistifte, der funktioniert bei mir einfach nicht! Ich habe mir bereits den 8. Spitzer gekauft und schon wieder ist er nach ein paar Tagen kaputt, das heißt mit dem kann man nicht mehr ordentlich spitzen. Ich bitte um irgendeine Erklärung, danke Ihnen.
P.S. Im Shop wurde mir keine klare Antwort gegeben
 The products in this shop are just great !!! But there is a sharpener for the mechanical pencils that just doesn't work for me! I have already bought the 8th sharpener and it breaks again after a few days, which means you can no longer sharpen properly. I ask for some explanation, thank you.
P.S. I was not given a clear answer in the shop

Dear All, INTU-Papier Team,
I visited INTU-Papier (Wiedner Hauptstraße 8-10, 1040 Wien)
I have to say, I was very pleased with the staff who is working there and helped me.
I am still learning German and could hardly speak few words and the staff was so understanding to switch the language to English and help me with the stationery items that I was planning to buy.
I bought 2 pencils, erasers and pencil lead box for my German course but I was touched with the helpful and kind gesture of the staff at INTU-Papier
Unfortunately I forgot to ask her name so I cant help you with the name. However, please share my heartfelt thanks to your colleague who helped me and made my experience in INTU-Papier store great.
I will definitely recommend this store to all my friends.
