Die Angestellten hatten dafür kein Verständnis und wollten mir dies anfangs verweigern (!!!), als ich darauf bestanden habe wurde ich gefragt weshalb ich die Kleidungsstücke nicht einfach vor dem Kauf probiert hätte. Wieso muss ich mich als Kundin solchen indiskreten Fragen und unterschwelligen Bemerkungen stellen? Letztendlich wurde mir zwar widerwillig ein Gutschein ausgestellt, allerdings werde ich diese Filiale nicht wieder betreten. Incredibly cheeky staff. I was there to bring back bought goods (shirts). The staff had no understanding for this and initially wanted to refuse me (!!!), when I insisted I was asked why I would not have tried the clothes before buying them. Why do I, as a customer, have to face such indiscreet questions and subliminal comments? Ultimately, I was reluctantly given a voucher, but I will not enter this branch again.

Ich habe innerhalb diese 4 Minuten 3 Teile angeschaut und sie hat in der Zwischenzeit eine andere Kundin betreut. Sie kam nach 1 Min zu mir und meinte: „haben Sie jetzt ENDLICH was gefunden??“ Wenn man keine Zeit für ein Kunde hat dann lässt man sie besser selbst anschauen. So unhöflich wurde ich noch nie betreut!! I was there for 4 minutes and was looked after by the saleswoman "Maria E". I looked at 3 parts within these 4 minutes and she has looked after another customer in the meantime. She came to me after 1 minute and said: "Have you FINALLY found something now ??" If you don't have time for a customer, it's better to let them see for yourself. I have never been looked after so rudely !!
