★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrophalstes Ski-Service ever! Sehr langsam - nach 5 Wochen habe ich nicht servicierte Ski mit einer defekten Bindung abgeholt. Zwischendurch wurden die Ski verschlammt und erst nach Beschreibung (Farbe, Marke) wieder gefunden.
 Most disastrous ski service ever! Very slowly - after 5 weeks I picked up skis that had not been serviced and had a defective binding. In between the skis were muddy and only found again after being described (color, brand).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrogantes Personal beim Ski Service. Ein Service ist dazu da um eine lösungsorientierte Antwort zu geben. Über mich lustig machen, kann ich mich selbst auch. Unprofessionell und unsympathisch !! In der Radabteilung arbeitet ein sehr netter und kompetenter Herr, sehr hilfsbereit, da kann sich das Ski Service ein Beispiel dran nehmen.
Arrogant staff at the ski service. A service is there to give a solution-oriented answer. I can make fun of myself too. Unprofessional and unsympathetic !! In the bike department works a very nice and competent gentleman, very helpful, as the ski service can take an example of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem ich mir um ca.€ 3.500,- ein E-Bike gekauft hatte, wurde mir beim Abholen des Selben welches bereits am Vortag bezahlt wurde, von einem BERATER auf mein Ersuchen um Erklärung wie mit dem Verkäufer vereinbart, geantwortet: Er habe es mir ja nicht verkauft.
ANMERKUNG MEINERSEITS: Wenn man schon die Mitarbeiter(innen) auf Sportartkeltechnischen Belangen gut Ausbildet, sollte man das eventuell auch beim Umgang mit dem Kunden tun.
Grüßen, auch wenn man NUR hinter der Kassa steht, erwarte ich schon. Vielleicht kommen zukünftige Kunden ja in den Genuss. Ein verärgerter Kunde.
PS: Nachdem mich zum Abholen des E-Bike's jemand hingefahren hatte,kann diese BEHANDLUNG natürlich bezeugt werden.
After I bought an e-bike for around € 3,500.00, when I picked up the same one that had already been paid for the day before, a CONSULTANT replied to my request for an explanation as agreed with the seller: He gave it to me yes not sold.
NOTE ON MY PART: If you already train your employees well on sports and technical issues, you should possibly do the same when dealing with customers.
Greetings, even if you ONLY stand behind the cash desk, I already expect. Maybe future customers will benefit. An angry customer.
PS: After someone drove me to pick up the e-bike, this TREATMENT can of course be attested.
