Besonders die beiden Mitarbeiter im Skiverleih, Stefan und Dominik waren höchst kompetent und immer zu einem guten Witz auf Lager. So macht Ski fahren und richtig Spass! Bitte weiter so Jungs und Mädels! Ski rental and subsequent ski school are the first choice! Especially the two employees in the ski rental, Stefan and Dominik, were highly competent and always up for a good joke. This is how skiing is really fun! Please keep it up guys and gals!

Dennoch präsentierte sich Mitarbeiter ,,Dominik" am späten Abend betrunken in der Lobbybar des Sentido Alpenhotel Kaiserfels mit anderen Gästen, viel vom Sofa und provozierte andere Gäste mit Andeutungen auf handgreifliche Auseinandersetzungen und schrie herum bis die Rezeption einschreiten musste. Ein höchst unprofessioneller und peinlicher Eindruck für den sehr schönen Laden. Wir überlegen uns ob wir da nochmal wiederkommen möchten. Very, very good from the ski rental. Nevertheless, late in the evening, employee "Dominik" presented himself drunk in the lobby bar of the Sentido Alpenhotel Kaiserfels with other guests, a lot from the sofa and provoked other guests with hints of violent arguments and shouted until the reception had to intervene. A highly unprofessional and embarrassing impression for the very nice shop. We are considering whether we would like to come back there again.

Stefan, Dominik, and Stefanie were all fantastic staff who helped us from start to finish, advising and helping us to get the very best selection of ski equipment to suit our varied skiing experience. Always asked how we got on and offered to adjust or change if and when we needed it. Thanks, Guys, for making the holiday!! James et al.
