B	Bernhard Pühringer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hab mir ein Enduro-Bike um 50€ für 4 Stunden ausgeliehen. Beim ersten rauffahren in der Gondel viel mir auf, dass der Vorderreifen sehr viel Spiel hatte und die Achse nicht fest angezogen war. Leider habe ich das im Geschäft beim ersten Check übersehen zumal ich auch davon ausging, dass das Rad tp top serviert ist! Da die Steckachse keinen Schnellspannverschluss hatte konnte ich sie nicht fest ziehen und wagte die erste Abfahrt. Nach ca. 2/3 der Strecke sah ich, dass die Steckachse schon zur Hälfte rausstand, anscheinend hatte sich während der Fahrt ein kleines Teil gelöst und ich habe somit beinahe den Vorderreifen verlorene, was wohl nicht so gut ausgegangen wäre. Außerdem war der rechte Bremshebel komplett locker, also nicht einmal ein wenig angezogen. Unten im Verleih wurde mir zuerst unterstellt, dass ich selbst am Bike rumgeschraubt habe und dann auch noch gesagt, dass ich 20€ für das verloren gegangene Teil zahlen muss. Hab dann im Endeffekt 1 Stunde wegen dem Zwischenfall von meinem 4 Stunden Ticket verloren! Da ist die Kundenzufriedenheit wohl dem Intersport Pachleitner wirklich ein Anliegen, wenn man so vorgeht?! Kann den Rad-Verleih-Service absolut nicht weiterempfehlen. Auch die Beratung bzgl. der Größe beim Leihhelm und der Radgröße war schlecht. I borrowed an enduro bike for 50 € for 4 hours. The first time I rode up the gondola, I noticed that the front tire had a lot of play and the axle was not tight. Unfortunately, I overlooked this in the store at the first check, especially since I also assumed that the wheel is tp top served! Since the thru axle did not have a quick release, I could not tighten it and dared the first departure. After about 2/3 of the way I saw that the thru axle was already half way out, apparently a small part had come loose during the drive and so I almost lost the front tire, which probably would not have worked out so well. In addition, the right brake lever was completely loose, so not even a little tightened. Down in the rental I was first assumed that I screwed myself on the bike and then also said that I have to pay 20 € for the lost part. In the end I lost 1 hour because of the incident of my 4 hour ticket! Since the customer satisfaction is probably the Intersport Pachleitner really a concern, if one proceeds like this? Can not recommend the bike rental service absolutely. Also the advice regarding the Size at the rental helmet and the wheel size was bad.

Für die Tourengeher unter euch, es gibt auch in diesem Bereich tolle Aktionen... Mega competent and very helpful! Although I have my own equipment, what I saw, they have really well adjusted prices for rental equipment. For the tourers among you, there are great promotions in this area too ...

Der Mitarbeiter meinte, dass dies nicht gehen würde, bei der Diskussion um den Preis wollte uns der Verkäufer immer die teuersten Räder andrehen, mit der Begründung, dass der Trail sehr schwer sei. Nach 1/2 Stunde haben wir endlich einen Preis bekommen, der angemessen war. Mit den zwei Rädern sind wir mit der Bahn hinaufgefahren, auf der Fahrt hinauf haben wir bemerkt, dass die Bremse geknarrt und gequietscht hat, was sich aber nicht auf das tolle Fahrgefühl ausgewirkt hat. Der Trail war meiner Meinung nach nicht besonders schwer, allerdings sollte man schon ein bisschen Erfahrung haben. Der Verkäufer hat ein bisschen so gewirkt als ob er sich nicht ausgekannt hätte. Außerdem hat dieser Verlei keine Versicherung, wesshalb man alle Schäden selberzahlen muss. Kurzgesagt, man sollte das Rad woanders ausborgen. performance evaluation Value for money: 4- Advice: 5 Price: 3 Material: 2 We wanted to rent two bikes for just one downhill, as this is not that long, we asked for a quote. The employee said that this would not go, in the discussion about the price, the seller wanted to turn us on the most expensive wheels, on the grounds that the trail was very difficult. After 1/2 hour we finally got a price that was appropriate. With the two wheels we went up by train, on the ride up we noticed that the brake has cracked and squeaked, but this did not affect the great driving feeling. The trail was not particularly difficult in my opinion, but you should already have a bit of experience. The seller was acting a bit like he did not know. In addition, this rental has no insurance, so you have to pay all the damages yourself. In short, you should borrow the bike somewhere else.
