Ihr habt mir sofort und unkompliziert eine kompatible Bremse verkauft. Das Wochenende war gerettet. 1000 Dank hierfür und liebe Grüsse I would like to thank you for the uncomplicated and extremely friendly support. The front brake of my bike had the time blessed. Il personale é stato molto disponibile, preparato e veloce nel servizio. ? I rented an e-bike there. They gave me a good quality product that I used without any problems. The staff was very helpful, prepared and fast in service. ?

Ein direkt vermittelter Guide für den Einstieg, der uns direkt am nächsten Tag die Grundlagen beigebracht hat, ermöglichten uns einen sehr guten Start für die ganze Familie (inkl. Kids 9 & 12). Wir hatten dann tageweise sehr unkompliziert das Material verlängert und konnten hier auf das Team zählen. Vielen Dank an Stefan für Deine Geduld und für das angebotene Gesamtpaket. Wir hatten wirklich Spaß mit den Bikes und dem Material ... We borrowed downhills for the whole family, along with protective gear. We had a very competent and accommodating advice. A guide provided directly to get started, who taught us the basics the next day, gave us a very good start for the whole family (including kids 9 & 12). We then extended the material very easily on a daily basis and could count on the team here. Many thanks to Stefan for your patience and for the overall package offered. We really had fun with the bikes and the material ...

Leider fiel bereits nach einem Kilometer bei einem Fahrrad die Kurbel ab. Zum Glück nur bei sehr geringer Belastung - nicht auszudenken was hätte passieren können. Natürlich sind wir zurück zum Händler gefahren, der die Kurbel wieder fixiert hat. Allerdings ohne große Entschuldigung oder Betroffenheit. Ich bin der Meinung, dass ein Leihfahrrad vor jeder Vermietung kontrolliert werden muss. Offensichtlich nicht der Fall. Die anderen 5 Bikes waren im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung. Jetzt muss jeder selbst entscheiden, ob man bei diesem Geschäft ein Fahrrad mietet oder lieber nicht. We borrowed 6 e-bikes from the friendly and actually competent staff. Unfortunately, the crank fell off on a bicycle after just one kilometer. Fortunately only with very little stress - it is impossible to imagine what could have happened. Of course we drove back to the dealer who fixed the crank again. But without much apology or concern. I am of the opinion that a rental bike must be checked before each rental. Obviously not the case. The other 5 bikes were generally fine. Now everyone has to decide for themselves whether or not to rent a bike from this shop.
