 I borrowed ski boots today. Measure my feet, fit my shoes right away, and get my skis adjusted. Asked in the evening after the rental shoe had been sold. Top price, top service, got an insole for free. Class store. ?? Thnx

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I arrived to rent boots and ski's, I said I wanted to use Economy as I was there for a short period but the employees kept pushing the more expensive ones even though I was quite clear I was not interested in those overly expensive ski's. Then I asked if I could see the difference between the economy and the "better'' ski's but they said you cannot see that. What kind of argument is that? Finally I told them I did not want insurance as I have travel insurance and at that moment the guy only half-yelled "ID"' at me since he needed a copy of my ID but he did not speak to
me anymore. The service was really bad! You only get two stars because the shoes were comfortable and the ski's were newish and sharp. Go fix your customer treatment Intersport Glanzer!

1) I wrote in the form (on the computer) that I wanted Economy skies, but they gave me Premium skies, charged me the higher price and DIDN'T TELL ME. I noticed it some days later.
2) They asked me if I wanted insurance, I asked for the price and then said yes. What they didn't tell me was that the insurance was only valid for 3 of the 6 rental days which I noticed on the receipt later on. Once again, they tricked me.
3) The apartment that I rented had a 10% discount on ski rental. I wrote in the form (on the computer) where I lived and they didn't anyway give me any discount (or ask me if my apartment was valid for discount). Perhaps I should have pointed this out myself, but still.
4) The worst thing is that I kindly confronted them about the above three things when I returned the skies. Immediately I got anger and irritation back. No money or excuse. By that reaction I can only assume that they do this on purpose and are used to people pointing it out.
After this experience I can only say that I will never rent from Intersport again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was looking for new better fitting ski boots. they just asked me what size I needed and how much i wanted to spend and gave me any boot. Bad service! And there is so much you can do find a proper boot and they are nit cheap. Measuring food width and length would be a minimum. Then they could additionally fit the them (with heat) to fit your foot. Exactly what I luckily got offered in a shop next street for the same prices.

High price when you,want to rent bike for a few hours, I paid 80 euro for the lastsecond rental with 15% discount. If you go there in the morning and stay there for a full day it is worth to pay that money.
4 star for don't having hourly rental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here checked us in and they had a team getting us fit for snowboarding and skiing. The team did a phenominal job making sure our beginners were fit correctly. The location is right under the gondola and they have equipment storage right on site. They expediditiouly were checking others in and out while we were there. Thanks so much!
