Grüßen wäre auch wünschenswert. There are very nice things here. Nevertheless, the staff could be friendlier and the "no buck" attitude could not be seen. Greetings would also be desirable.

Eine 5-Jährige ist immer noch ein Kind und kein Kunde! Sie haben soeben 2 Kunden verloren. Catastrophic customer policy. Fighting a 5-year-old who asks for the use of the toilet. "There is no customer toilet". A 5-year-old is still a child and not a customer! You have just lost 2 customers.

Von selbst ist nichts gekommen. Mussten immer selbst nachfragen. Schwaches Service !! Very cool furniture but the staff is a disaster. You are promised a delivery time of 8 weeks. 5 months later the goods are still not there !! Nothing came of its own accord. Always had to ask myself. Weak service !!

Von einer am 8.2.20 bestellten und angezahlten Couch fehlt jede Spur, Liefertermin oder Verbleib des Möbelstückes kann nicht genannt werden, ewiges Vertrösten! Auftrag heute storniert, jetzt warten auf Rückerstattung.... ....nie mehr wieder! Never again! There is no trace of a couch ordered and paid for on 8/20/20, delivery date or whereabouts of the piece of furniture cannot be given, eternal consolation! Order canceled today, now waiting for a refund .... ....never again!

Bin mit der Qualität immer sehr zufrieden gewesen. Preis ist auch in Ordnjng. Jedoch bedaure ich sehr bei meinem letzten Besuch (8.9.2020), eine schlechte Ehrfahrung gemacht haben zu müssen. Ich habe in Betracht gezogen eine Bettwäsche zu erwerben, was im ersten Moment bei der schönen Auswahl kein Problem hätte dar stellen dürfen. Wurde sofort fündig, fand jedoch legedlich den Kissenbezug. Von einem Deckenbezug fehlte jegliche Spur im ganzen Haus. Dies ist ja absurd! Ich meine wer kauft den bloß den Kissenbezug ohne passenden Deckenbezug?! Es wahr sogar bei den ausgestellten Betten eine gesamte Garnitur dieser Bettwäsche vorhanden. Ich ging mit dem Kissenbezug zur Kassa, dort sagte die Frau lapidar zu mir:" Das wird jetzt dauern". Nach gefühlten zehn Minuten kam die Dame wieder. Darauf hin teilte sie mir mit:" Ich kann den Rest nur im Internet bestellen", sowie "Lieferzeit beträgt zwei Wochen". Soweit kein Problem, habe ja Zeit. Finde es aber trozdem nicht in Ordnung nur eine Sache ohne die dazu gehörige zu verkaufen. The business and the goods offered correspond exactly to my style. All very beautiful, contemporary and aesthetic. I have always been very satisfied with the quality. Price is ok too. However, on my last visit (September 8th, 2020) I very much regret that I had a bad experience of honor. I considered buying bed linen, which shouldn't have been a problem at first with the beautiful selection. Immediately found what I was looking for, but legally found the pillowcase. There was no trace of a cover in the whole house. This is absurd! I mean who just buys the pillowcase without a matching duvet cover ?! It is true that the entire set of these bed linen is available for the beds on display. I went to the cash desk with the pillowcase, where the woman said to me succinctly: "This will take time". After what felt like ten minutes the lady came back. Thereupon she informed me: "I can only order the rest on the internet" and "delivery time is two weeks". So far no problem, I have time. Still, I don't think it's okay to just sell one thing without selling it.
