Das Verlangte wurde in keinster Weise umgesetzt und meine Frau wurde mehrmals einfach sitzengelassen. Insgesamt war Sie 5 1/2 Stunden dort. Wir haben eine Beschwerde per Email geschickt, die jedoch unbeantwortet blieb! My wife was completely botched and her hair was damaged. The requested was not implemented in any way and my wife was simply left sitting several times. In total she was there for 5 1/2 hours. We sent a complaint via email, but it remained unanswered!
