A	Adrianna P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haarfarbe komplett anders geworden als ich wollte. Plötzlich sind die Haare hellbraun statt blond. Auf meinen Einwand, dass es nicht dem entspricht was besprochen war und ich mich mit dieser Farbe nicht wohl fühle, wurde ich einfach nur als "kritisch" hingestellt, denn die Arbeit wurde ja sooo toll ausgeführt. Sorry Leute, aber es bringt einem nichts, wenn die Arbeit fachlich gut ist, aber nicht dem entspricht was man wollte. Und wir reden hier nicht von einer kleinen Abweichung. Der Friseur hat sich auch keine Zeit für den Schnitt genommen; der Schnitt hat original 5 Minuten gedauert. So ein Vorgehen mag bei wenigen Haaren ausreichen, bei meiner Fülle an Haaren reicht es nicht aus die Haare nur gerade abzuschneiden, weil sie dann nicht schön fallen. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt ist, dass man über eine halbe Stunde im Waschbecken sitzen gelassen wird (beim ersten mal sogar 45 Min), weil der Friseur währenddessen noch einen anderen Kunden einschiebt. Hab ich so auch noch nie erlebt. Bei der Reklamation wurde ich dann auch noch total unfreundlich und herablassend behandelt. Hair color has become completely different from what I wanted. Suddenly the hair is light brown instead of blonde. In response to my objection that it does not correspond to what was discussed and that I do not feel comfortable with this color, I was simply presented as "critical", because the work was carried out sooo well. Sorry folks, but it doesn't help if the work is technically good, but does not correspond to what you wanted. And we're not talking about a small deviation here. The hairdresser didn't take any time to cut either; the original cut lasted 5 minutes. Such a procedure may be sufficient with a few hairs, with my abundance of hair it is not enough to just cut the hair straight because it will not fall nicely. Another point of criticism is that you are left sitting in the sink for over half an hour (the first time even 45 minutes) because the hairdresser pushes in another customer. I've never seen it like this before. When I complained, I was treated totally rude and condescending.

Termin wurde trotz Weihnachtsstress wie besprochen eingehalten und obwohl das Geschäft bum voll war, haben die Mitarbeiter/innen die Zeit gefunden mir einem Cafe zu bringen und mich ausreichend zu beraten. Ich hab mich gut beratend gefühlt und hatte keine Sekunde Angst, dass was schief gehen könnte. Ich fand die Atmosphere im Geschäft hervorragend und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Ich kann Intercoiffeur Katharina Strassl nur jedem empfehlen dem seine Haare wichtig sind. I was dyeing and cutting hair on December 22nd, 2021 and I really have to say that I've been to a lot of hairdressers, but I've never been as satisfied as with this one. The appointment was kept as discussed in spite of the Christmas stress and although the shop was boom full, the employees found the time to bring me to a cafe and give me sufficient advice. I felt like I was advising myself and I wasn't afraid for a second that something could go wrong. I found the atmosphere in the shop to be excellent and I will definitely be back. I can only recommend Intercoiffeur Katharina Strassl to everyone who cares about their hair.

I went to the hair salon for the first time today. Very friendly staff! My wishes were implemented perfectly! I highly recommend this salon!

Dafür hat sich N. ausreichend Zeit genommen, damit mein missglücktes Balayage (Besuch bei einem anderen Friseur) ausgebessert wird. Was soll ich sagen: es war von Anfang bis zum Schluss eine perfekte Ausführung. Ich wurde mit mehreren Farbnuancen (da ich ja viele verschiedene Farbtöne hatte) mittels Fächermechen wieder schön einheitlich blond. Danke D. für deine leidenschaftliche Hingabe. Besonders toll und was den Wohlfühlfaktor deutlich unterstrich: N & D blieben aufgrund der von mir gewünschten Umwandlung bis nach Dienstschluss und behielten ihre professionelle und sehr freundliche Art bei. Ein herzliches Dankeschön! Ich bin mit dem Ergebnis außerordentlich zufrieden. Ein sehr professionelles und eingespieltes Team die ihr Handwerk mit Perfektion beherrschen. Absolut empfehlenswert! It was my first visit and I am delighted. I was greeted in a friendly manner and my concerns were discussed in detail at the beginning. N. took enough time for my failed balayage (visiting another hairdresser) to be repaired. What can I say, it was a perfect execution from start to finish. With several color nuances (since I had many different shades) I became a beautiful, uniform blonde again using a fan machine. Thank you D. for your passionate dedication. Especially great and which clearly underlined the feel-good factor: N & D stayed until after work due to the conversion I wanted and maintained their professional and very friendly manner. A big thank you! I am extremely satisfied with the result. A very professional and well-rehearsed team who master their craft to perfection. Highly Recommended!

Ich habe mich noch nie so gerne Jemanden meine Haare überlassen wie ihm. Komme gerne wieder! Matthias was my hairdresser and did a great job. He made me a dream hairstyle. I've never loved to let someone else have my hair like him. I would love to come again!

Das Farbergebnis ist beeindruckend...vielen Dank!!!? Punkteabzug gibt es leider, da meine Ohrringe mitgefärbt wurden und beim Haarschnitt ist eine Seite um ca 3 cm länger als die Andere, das müsste bei diesem Preis nicht sein. Trotz allem ein schöner Vormittag für mich!! Das Styling war top! Die Waves haben 5 Tage gehalten! I was impressed by the atmosphere and the friendly staff. The consultation was comprehensive and related to my wishes. The color result is impressive...thank you!!!? Unfortunately, points are deducted because my earrings were dyed at the same time and the haircut is about 3 cm longer than the other, which shouldn't be the case at this price. Despite everything, a nice morning for me!! The styling was great! The waves lasted 5 days!

The kasse are nice, was looing for English speaker Friseurin, and she pointed someone right away, The friseurin is efficient + professional + postivie suggestion base on my head shape and hair texture + with very open discussion.. after 45 mins, I have a new piexin hair by Ms. Caro!
