C	Carla Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing hotel. The views are stunning. We loved being surrounded by forests. The staff are attentive, the spa area is large and the facilities are great. The food was lovely and everywhere is spotlessly clean and well kept. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.
B	Bram on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place takes luxury to a new level. The room is bigger than my apartment. All rooms have a stunning view on the mountain tops all around. Swimming in a heated outside swimming pool amidst the snow-covered mountain tops is amazing. The staff is very friendly and are always ready to help if needed. I had a wonderful stay here and I can really recommend this place.

C	Crazy Fletcher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an enjoyable and relaxing stay here. This is an excellent and beautiful location, however the traffic noise from the valley carries. The hotel was not fully occupied, so it was very quiet and relaxing, I do wonder if the spa.is big enough for full occupancy. I had a good facial and massage, I would recommend both, but not the hairdresser, my partner has had much better cuts at a third of the price. The room was large, spotless and the bed very comfortable. The food was very tasty and excellently cooked. The 6 course evening menu is too much for 3 nights in a row, ask them about alternatives. The breakfast had a lot of choice, both hot and cold, get up early to enjoy a table in the winter garden. I would have liked to experience the gala dinner, but it was cancelled due to Covid Restrictions.

This hotel is really something else from the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty the views from the place are truly stunning everything about it is pure top quality from the friendliness of the staff to the fabulous spa pool etc, but the food is on another level WOW x

From the breathtaking prominent location high above the valley, to the perfectly designed suites and public spaces - the “hardware” is absolutely perfect. Even being fully booked, we almost always felt as if we had lots of space to ourselves. Staff deserves highest praise for running an almost flawless operation, yet with a genuine personal touch. There are so many loyal repeat guests, and i completely understand why. One area for improvement from my view: less buffets/show cooking and instead more attentive table service for breakfast and especially dinner, it is just way more relaxing.

Service: best service i ever had, very friendly and they know you after 5min what you want und can remember what you had Location: stunning Food: very delicious Wine: excellent Bar: amazing Children: not appropriate honestly, we didnt see any Room: typical cozy austria room with wood and carpet Parking: excellent, you have a own welcome entrance at the underground garage SPA: huge! Price: high but every cent worth it Guests: very friendly and classy Conclusion: if you need time to relax with mountains around you and lovely people, book direct with the hotel
