★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als positiv zu nennen sind die sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter und die verhältnismässig günstigen Preise. Leider machen die Öffnungszeiten für arbeitstätige Menschen eine Terminfindung schwierig.
Enttäuschend war die Qualität der Reinigung. Die Premiumhandwäsche war eher quick and dirty und die Imprägnierung eines Stoffverdecks wurde leider nicht zufriedenstellend durchgeführt. Eine anschliessend durchgeführte Imprägnierung durch einen anderen Dienstleister offenbarte die extremen Unterschiede. Obwohl nur eine Aussenwäsche gebucht wurde, wurde auch der Innenraum "angeblich" gereinigt (dort gab es nichts zu reinigen, da dieser frisch gereinigt war) und mit einem geringen Preisaufschlag berechnet.
The very friendly staff and the relatively low prices are positive. Unfortunately, the opening times for working people make it difficult to find an appointment.
The quality of the cleaning was disappointing. The premium hand wash was rather quick and dirty and the impregnation of a fabric top was unfortunately not carried out satisfactorily. A subsequent impregnation by another service provider revealed the extreme differences. Although only an outside wash was booked, the interior was "supposedly" cleaned (there was nothing to clean there as it was freshly cleaned) and charged at a small price.
