Das Liquid läuft meist aus allen Öffnungen raus etc. dazu habe ich im August 2021 ein Produkt gekauft und dieses auch auf deren Webseite mit nur 2 Sternen bewertet. Nach einiger Zeit habe ich nachgesehen ob andere eventuell auch dieses Gerät gekauft haben und eventuell auch bewertet. Da ist mir aufgefallen das meine Bewertung nicht hochgeladen oder freigegeben wurde und somit nicht ersichtlich ist für andere. Wenn man ein bewerungssystem anbietet sollte man auch ehrlich sein zu den Kunden. Echt schlecht, genau wie die Beratung im Laden. Bei euch kaufe ich mit Sicherheit nichts mehr. Ich werde dies auch auf Social Media verbreiten und zeigen das alle wissen welche Methoden ihr habt. I have already bought several products there, most of them are sold as top devices, but it usually turns out that this is often a flop. The liquid usually runs out of all openings etc. I bought a product for this in August 2021 and also rated it with only 2 stars on their website. After some time I checked whether other people might have bought this device and possibly also rated it. That's when I noticed that my review wasn't uploaded or released and is therefore not visible to others. If you offer a rating system, you should also be honest with the customers. Really bad, just like the advice in the store. I will definitely not buy anything from you again. I will also spread this on social media and show that everyone knows what methods you have.

Ich fühle mich dort als Dampfer-Frischling ernst genommen und sehr gut beraten. Man wird als Kunde absolut wertschätzend behandelt. Vorbestellung ging schnell und zuverlässig. Gute Auswahl an Liquid's und Dampfer-Zubehör. 2x die 5er Sterne ? Cost-benefit are absolutely in harmony here. I also cannot understand some of the reviews on the subject of "unfriendly staff". As a newcomer to vapers, I feel that I am being taken seriously and very well advised. As a customer, you are treated with absolute appreciation. Pre-ordering was quick and reliable. Good selection of liquids and vaping accessories. 2x the 5 stars ?
