Leider kommt die Ausbildung für mich nicht in Frage, jedoch sollte sich jeder selbst ein Bild davon machen. I was on site for an information evening: the staff were very polite, the event was well attended, drinks were offered for free use. Unfortunately, the training is out of the question for me, but everyone should get an idea of it for themselves.

Dadurch habe ich gelernt, wie ich meine persönlichen Kompetenzen optimal erweitern und in einer zukünftigen Position im Kulturmanagement einbringen kann. For me, the cultural management course was important in order to listen to the already known content in a concentrated and concrete manner, and to gather a lot of new information related to the cultural sector. As a result, I learned how to optimally expand my personal skills and bring them into a future position in cultural management.
