S	Stefan Joncic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben gerade Probleme mit unsere Heizung, es dürfte an den Leitungen liegen, Zum 3ten mal nachgeschaut und die schuld an andere firma gegeben! Der erste techniker war sehr nett und feststellte dass die pumpe kaputt ist! Der,2te Techniker ohne Ankündigung und unfreundlich die pumpe ausgetauscht ! Danach hab ich vorgeschlagen die heizung zu probieren ob es eh funktioniert?! Als antwort " wird schon passen"!!!! Natürlich wieder angerufen und anleitungen (telefonisch bekommen) die nicht funktionierten!! Jetzt an einem freitag nachmittag stehen wir da ohne heizung! Es wurde uns gesagt sie könne an die leitungen nicht reinschauen und ob ich als kunde einen besseren vorschlag hätte?!!! Wie bitte.... in eurem Gebiet?... ja hab ich, vlt eine Umschulung 0 Hilfsbereitschaft ? Leider ohne einen Stern kann ich nicht posten wäre ja sonst 0 sterne We are currently having problems with our heating, it may be due to the pipes, Checked for the 3rd time and blamed another company! The first technician was very nice and discovered that the pump is broken! The 2nd technician replaced the pump without notice and unfriendly! Then I suggested to try the heating, whether it works anyway ?! The answer "will be fine" !!!! Of course I called again and gave instructions (by phone) that didn't work! Now on a Friday afternoon we are standing there without heating! We were told you could not look into the lines and whether I, as a customer, had a better suggestion? !!! I beg your pardon .... in your area? ... yes I have, possibly a retraining 0 helpfulness ? Unfortunately I can't post without a star, otherwise it would be 0 stars

Es wurde immer wider die andere firma beschuldigt dass der fehler an firma wolf liegt!! Wobei firma wolf auch den fehler von den Leitungen entdeckt hat!! Und somit schwarz auf weiß aufgeschrieben was sie ( die Installateure)zu erledigen haben!! Und trotzdem nichts zu stande gebracht Sie wurden frech wenn man gefragt hat wann sie sich endlich melden!! Mit der Aussage "bitte seien Sie nicht lästig!" Wenn Sie da waren unangekündigt ohneTerminvereinbarung! Wenn ein Termin mit der firma wolf arrangiert war, waren sie nicht mal da!! Also inkompetent, unfreundlich, keine Leistung (wenn auch nur falsche) 0 hilfsbereit Danke an firma wolf und stöllinger dass wir wieder wärme haben We have been without heating for a month because there was a fault in the oil lines! And thus written down in black and white what they (the installers) have to do !! And still achieved nothing They got cheeky when you asked when they would finally get in touch! With the statement "please don't be a nuisance!" If you were there unannounced without an appointment! When an appointment was made with the Wolf Company, they weren't even there !! So incompetent, unfriendly, no service (even if only wrong) 0 helpful Thanks to company wolf and stöllinger that we have warmth again
c	cujko ajvez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behaupten zuerst 100%ig die Ursache zu kennen und das Problem beheben zu können. Tauschen teuere Teile aus. Das Problem besteht dannach weiterhin. Werden dann unfreundlich und ungeduldig. Haben nicht wirklich Zeit. Antworten nicht...Hände weg! First of all, claim to know the cause 100% and to be able to fix the problem. Exchange expensive parts. The problem then persists. Then get rude and impatient. Don't really have time. Don't answer ... hands off!
