Der Busfahrer der Linie T hat mich dann sehr unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen und des Busses verwiesen. Traurig wie sich die IVB entwickelt hat 3 hours ago A cheek that you can't buy tickets on the bus, especially since there is no machine far and wide and there is no sign of it at the bus stop. S	Simon Franzelin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Richtung Kranebitten eine ewige Trauergeschichte. Das Netz in der Stadt für Nicht-Ortskundige unüberschaubar. Generell die Linienführung sehr fraglich. Auch nach einem Jahr in Innsbruck kanm ich nur sagen das an dem Netz einfach nichts passt. Eingetaktet ist hier auch nicht viel. Bitte verbessert mal was, Linienführung, ein Express Bus Richtung Kranebitten, Scheeräumung der Haltestellen im Winter und überschaubare Beschilderungen. Danke Towards Kranebitten an eternal story of mourning. The network in the city is unmanageable for those not familiar with the area. Generally the lines very questionable. Even after a year in Innsbruck I can only say that nothing works with the network. Not much is clocked in here either. Please improve something, line management, an express bus in the direction of Kranebitten, clearing of the bus stops in winter and clear signage. Thank you

Drei Tage hintereinander beobachtet an verschiedenen Haltestellen dass Personen laufen um die Bahn zu erreichen.... Drücken noch.... Und dann fahren sie los.... Oder warten bis die Person da ist und fahren dann los..... Was ist los mit euch??????? The worst thing in this strange club are the tram drivers .... Three days in a row observed at different stops that people are running to reach the train .... Press again .... And then they drive off .... Or wait until the person is there and then drive off ..... What's wrong with you ???????

Bin wegen eines wichtigen Termins trotzdem in den Bus eingestiegen und wollte mein Ticket beim Schaffner kaufen. Vom Schaffner habe ich nur eine Strafe über € 90,00 bekommen und wurde dem Bus verwiesen. Sauerei You cannot buy a ticket at the bus stop or on the bus, and the app does not work / cannot be loaded. I got on the bus anyway because of an important appointment and wanted to buy my ticket from the conductor. I only received a fine of € 90.00 from the conductor and was expelled from the bus. mess
L	Lisa Logarusic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin gerade so etwas von unfreundlich durchs Mikrofon von der Fahrerin angeschrien und mit meinem Sohn im Kinderwagen aus der Straßenbahn geworfen worden, weil bereits ein Rollstuhl und 2 Kinderwägen in der Bahn waren. Das ginge wirklich freundlicher! I was just shouted at something unfriendly by the driver through the microphone and was thrown off the tram with my son in the stroller because a wheelchair and 2 strollers were already on the train. That would really be more friendly!
F	Fabian Larcher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Linien 2 und 5 sind wirklich JEDEN TAG zu spät. Wenn man schon unbedingt eine Straßenbahn braucht, dann sollte man alles so machen, dass man auch PÜNKTLICH mit der Straßenbahn fahren kann. So sind die Fahrpläne nur Dekoration. Die Straßenbahnen selbst sind barrierefrei aber machen seltsame laute Geräusche. Da waren die alten Bielefelder schon besser (wenn man die Barrierefreiheit weg lässt). Seltsame Geräusche beim Anfahren und Bremsen sollten auch nicht sein. Update 1.4.2022: Linie 5, Leipziger Platz Richtung Schützenstraße, eine ältere Dame wollte einsteigen, drückt den Knopf, Fahrer lässt die Tür zu und 20 Sekunden später fährt die Straßenbahn los. Ohne Worte Lines 2 and 5 are really late EVERY DAY. If you absolutely need a tram, then you should do everything in such a way that you can take the tram ON TIME. So the timetables are just decoration. The trams themselves are wheelchair accessible but make strange loud noises. Since the old Bielefeld were better (if you leave out the accessibility). There shouldn't be any strange noises when starting or braking. Update April 1, 2022: Line 5, Leipziger Platz in the direction of Schützenstraße, an elderly lady wanted to get on, presses the button, the driver closes the door and 20 seconds later the tram drives off.
