Innsbruck est une belle ville mais cet arrêt Flixbus est vraiment indigne !
Inadmissible to be here in the middle of the night without asking, to warm up or even to have people to reassure some passengers at 3 o'clock in the morning.
Innsbruck is a beautiful city but this Flixbus stop is really outrageous!
