Spart euch die Zeit und fokussiert euch auf Dinge, die eure Idee wirklich weiterbringen. Should it help founders and motivate them if, after just under two months of the "Essential Weeks", they are excluded according to undefined criteria? Save your time and focus on things that really take your idea forward.
F	Falkenauge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr theoretisch, unpraktisch und unpersönlich das Programm. Dinge wie sich über das „warum“ seiner Geschäftsidee Gedanken zu machen finde ich Kindergarten; das weiß wohl schon jeder selber und dafür brauch ich kein Inncubator Programm zu machen. Man möchte doch seine Idee so schnell wie möglich in die Tat umsetzen, wenn man sich für so ein Programm entscheidet. Sogenannte social businesses und innovative Ideen werden hier zum Himmel gelobt, auch wenn sie komplett realitätsfern und nur extrem schwer umzusetzen sind. Wer einfach nur eine normale Geschäftsidee hat kommt dich fehl am Platz vor, da er nicht in die Definition eines Startups oder eines tollen social b. passt. Ich kam mir zudem vor wie in einer Vorlesung; sinnlose verpflichtende Hausaufgaben hab es auch. Wer geschickt mit Excel, Power Point etc. ist ist hier bei der Beurteilung stark im Vorteil. Inhalt ist nebensächlich. In den Vorträgen wird mit Abkürzungen und Konzepten um sich geworfen, welche die Vortragenden wahrscheinlich in Ihrem Studium gelernt haben, aber die man in der Realität nicht braucht. Ich hatte auch nicht das Gefühl, dass die Mitarbeiter erfolgreich unternehmerisch tätig sind. So jemand hätte auch wohl kaum Zeit für so etwas. Ich hätte mir Informationen über die unternehmerische Vergangenheit der Mitarbeiter gewünscht, denn ich möchte doch für mein Lebensprojekt doch nur Ratschläge von Leuten, die auch die Kredibilität dazu haben. Hört sich vielleicht arrogant an aber man geht ja auch nicht zum Metzger, wenn man Kreislaufprobleme hat... Very theoretical, impractical and impersonal the program. I would have liked information about the entrepreneurial past of the coworkers, because I would like for my life project only advice of people, which also have the credibility to it. Maybe sounds arrogant but you can not go to the butcher if you have circulatory problems ...

Die Unterstützung durch das Team war perfekt - haben uns einen tollen Mentor und viele super Vortragende für die Workshop organisiert und bei allen möglichen Themen geholfen die nebenher noch so aufgekommen sind. Highly recommend the InnC program! We were part of it ourselves with our startup and were able to develop our concept further over time. The support from the team was perfect - we organized a great mentor and a lot of great speakers for the workshop and helped with all sorts of topics that still came up.

Das Team und die Experten vom InnC-Programm stehen bei Fragen einem immer zur Seite, man hat in der Anfangsphase gratis Räumlichkeiten zur Verfügung und kann so professionell an seiner Idee arbeiten und potenzielle Kooperationspartner, Kunden einladen und Meetings im Teams abhalten etc. Uns hat das Programm sehr geholfen, wir schauen immer noch gerne im InnCubator zu Veranstaltungen vorbei und sind gespannt wie es weitergeht.
