2 x Lieferung eines Vinylbodens mit Produktionsfehler (hintereinander)
keine Kulanz, ausser Neulieferung, bei der Schadensabwicklung
keine Antwort auf meine Beschwerde an Geschäftsführung
Nur weil wir den gut arbeitenden Bodenleger nicht schaden wollten haben wir auf Wiedergutmachungforderung verzichtet.
I was only disappointed by the company's products and the claims handling.
2 x delivery of a vinyl floor with production errors (one after the other)
no goodwill, except for a new delivery, when processing the claim
no response to my complaint to management
Just because we didn't want to harm the well-working floor layer, we waived the demand for reparation.
