★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Stern ist zu viel! Die Herrschaften sind einfach mal gar nicht zum vereinbarten Termin gekommen. Keine Terminabsage, Büro ab 16:00h nicht mehr erreichbar!! Sehr schwach!
One star is too many! The gentlemen simply did not come to the agreed date. No appointment cancellation, office no longer available after 4:00 p.m. !! Very weak!
