Dieser hatte eine, lange Jahre "gehegte, sichtlich zugeschnittene" Efeuhaube, die nur nach hinten abzustreifen gewesen wäre, wie eine Kapuze. Das Personal hat aber gewütet beim Stein abholen. Der Efeu brutal abgeschnitten und auf einen Haufen geschmissen, den Strunk stehen lassen, die Giesskanne 1 m seitlich danebengeschmissen, die Kerzen und Laterne mitten aufs Grab gehäufelt, alles chaotisch. Bin sehr enttäuscht, das war nicht nötig. Wollte telefonisch fragen warum so lieblos, hob aber niemand ab. So, heute ist der 5.6.21, der Stein wurde schön beschriftet und wieder aufgestellt, , ABER jetzt haben diese LIEBLOSEN GROBIANE auch noch die Rose, die MITTEN am Grab gesetzt ist UND gerade zu blühen beginnt, auch noch UMGETRETEN und halb umgebracht!! Betonbrocken lagen auf dem Grab und der gläserne Kerzenständer ist mit Beton verschmiert. Super!! Sowas von LIEBLOS UND SCHLAMPIG sind die Monteure auf der Urne meiner Mutter herumgetrampelt. Der hats wohl echt nicht nötig! Telefonisch wieder nicht erreichbar. After the death of my mother (Moser F. April) we (my brother) commissioned the existing tombstone there to be labeled. It had a visibly tailored ivy hood that had been "cherished for many years" and that could only have been removed from the back like a hood. But the staff raged when picking up the stone. The ivy was brutally cut off and thrown into a heap, the stalk stood, the watering can thrown 1 m to the side, the candles and lantern piled in the middle of the grave, everything chaotic. I am very disappointed, that was not necessary. I wanted to ask over the phone why so lovelessly, but no one answered. So, today is the 5th of June 21st, the stone was nicely labeled and put back up, BUT now these LOVELESS GROBIANES also have the rose, which is placed in the middle of the grave AND is just beginning to bloom, also KROTTED and half killed !! Chunks of concrete lay on the grave and the glass candlestick is smeared with concrete. Super!! The fitters trampled on my mother's urn with something of LOVELESS AND SLOPPY. He really doesn't need it! Cannot be reached by phone again.
