★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatten Anfang Dezember 2017 Arbeiten an einer schwer zugänglichen Stelle. Dabei wurde vom Elektriker ein Teil des Glasdaches zerbrochen. Der hat das aber offenbar im Betrieb nicht gemeldet. Unser Glaser hat sich dann noch vor Weihnachten per Mail bei der Firma Ecker gemeldet - es erfolgt keine Reaktion. Ich urgierte dann telefonisch bei dem Unternehmen und da erklärte mir Herr Ecker, dass er davon nichts gewusst habe (da dürfte es wohl gröbere Probleme bei der internen Kommunikation geben). Mittlerweile ist schon wieder ein Monat vergangen und es gibt weiterhin keine befriedigende Lösung.
Nach mitlerweile 4 Monaten wurde das betreffende Glas getauscht. Erwähnen muss ich noch, dass das Ganze auch auf Grund der kalten Witterung länger gedauer hat - ansonsten wäre es SCHON nach 3 Monaten getauscht gewesen.
Die Elektroarbeiten waren jedoch in Ordnung, weshalb es schlussendlich auch 3 Sterne gibt (abzüglich jener wegen Kundenservice, Kommunikation intern und mit Kunden und der langen Wartezeit bis zur Lösung des Problems).
At the beginning of December 2017 I had work in a difficult to access place. The electrician broke a part of the glass roof. But he did not report that in the company. Our glass has then before Christmas by mail to the company Ecker reported - there is no reaction. I urge then by phone at the company and as Mr. Ecker explained to me that he did not know about it (there probably should be rougher problems with the internal communication). Meanwhile, another month has passed and there is still no satisfactory solution.
After mitlerweile 4 months, the glass was exchanged. I still have to mention that the whole thing has got a bit longer due to the cold weather - otherwise it would have been changed after 3 months.
However, the electrical work was fine, which is why there are finally 3 stars (minus those for customer service, communication internally and with customers and the long wait until the solution to the problem).
