Das letzte Angebot haben wir dann genommen, unsere Hausbank war teurer.
In Summe ein gutes Geschäft, trotz Provision. Diese Konditionen konnte ich selbst nicht verhandeln, hier fehlte mir der Hebel.
Ich kann Herrn Königsmayr nur empfehlen.
Have had some bank appointments, these were mostly not as good as those of Mr. Königsmayr.
We then took the last offer, our house bank was more expensive.
All in all, good business, despite the commission. I couldn't negotiate these terms myself, I lacked the leverage here.
I can only recommend Mr. Königsmayr.
