Sehr schlecht ausgeführte Arbeiten.
Nachdem alles bezahlt ist läßt sich von der Firma Reischl niemand mehr blicken.

Pelletsheizung wurde zügig eingebaut! Danach wurde jeder Service abgewimmelt: Gluckern der Heizung habe ich selber behoben, falsche eingesetzte Ventilküken habe ich selber behoben. Falsch abgerechnete Materialkosten nach langem Streit endlich bereinigt. Es gibt keine Auskunft in Fachfragen Steuerung. Wird alles auf die Herstellerfirma abgewälzt, weil er sich in keinster Weise technisch auskennt. Schlechtes Puffermanagement konnte erst direkt mit der Fa. ETA geändert werden. Die Heizleistung ist offensichtlich zu klein ausgelegt und hat schon bei -7° Probleme. Fazit: nur Liefern und Kassieren, dann Flaute.
Zero service
Pellet heating was installed quickly! After that, every service was rejected: I fixed the heating gurgling myself, I fixed incorrectly inserted valve plugs myself. Wrongly billed material costs finally settled after a long dispute. There is no information on technical issues of control. Everything is passed on to the manufacturer because he has no technical knowledge at all. Bad buffer management could only be changed directly with ETA. The heating power is obviously too small and already has problems at -7 °. Conclusion: just deliver and collect, then lull.

Austausch der Ölheizung erfolgte fachmännisch zu vereinbarten Termin.
Abrechnung erfolgte laut Angebot. Wärmepumpe läuft problemlos. Später erfolgte Anfragen wurden rasch erledigt.

Es wurde eine komplett neue Heizanlage mit Solar, Speicher, Wasserenthärtung, Steuerungen, Leitungen und alles was dazu gehört inkl. aller elektrischen Installationen aufgebaut. Zudem wurde eine Bestehende Holzheizung in das System integriert. Transparente Abrechnung laut Angebot! Von der Besichtigung und Planung über den Aufbau und Inbetriebnahme wurde alles TOP erledigt. Auch bei anderen Kleinigkeiten, die bei einer Renovierung nicht ausbleiben, war die Firma Reischl sofort zur Stelle. Die Mitarbeiter des Betriebes waren außerordentlich Hilfsbereit und sind auch nach Fertigstellung der Anlage jederzeit erreichbar!
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der neuen Anlage! Vielen Dank auch an den Elektriker der Firma Reischl!

A completely new heating system with solar, storage, water softening, controls, lines and everything that goes with it, including all electrical installations, was built. In addition, an existing wood heating system was integrated into the system. Transparent billing according to the offer! From the inspection and planning to the construction and commissioning, everything was done TOP. The Reischl company was also on the spot immediately for other small things that were not missing during a renovation. The employees of the company were extremely helpful and can be reached at any time even after completion of the system!
I am very satisfied with the new system! Many thanks also to the electrician at Reischl!
