★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Arbeit wurde zwar ordentlich durchgeführt, jedoch wurden E-mail Vereinbarungen oftmalige nicht eingehalten. Terminvereinbarungen wurden nicht an die Mitarbeiter weitergegeben. Ich habe eine Rechnung für nicht durchgeführte Arbeiten erhalten.
Alles in Allem habe ich den Rauchfangkehrer gewechselt !
The work was done properly, but email agreements were often not kept. Appointments were not passed on to the employees. I have received an invoice for work that has not been carried out.
All in all, I changed the chimney sweep!
