Dann sofort den Kostenvoranschlag für ein neues Gerät ohne sogar wissen wie sollte die Reparatur kosten! Das klingt gar nicht fair! To make the first appointment I had to talk to 3 people and have 4/5 calls, then no one of you came, I had to call again, have 3 calls and finally have a new appointment! Then immediately estimate the cost of a new device without even knowing how should the repair cost! That does not sound fair!
