Mitarbeiterin macht einen Fehler ( spielt mir den falschen Lottoschein ) als ich wieder zurückkomme und ihr das höflich sage reagiert sie genervt, kullert mit den Augen, jauchtzt und sagt sie hätte nix falsch gemacht.
Jeder macht mal Fehler, aber sich so gegenüber Kundschaft zu verhalten geht gar nicht.
NO GO FÜR JEMANDEN DER MIT KUNDEN ZU TUN HAT !!!

Employee makes a mistake (plays me the wrong lottery ticket) when I come back and tell her politely she reacts annoyed, kullert with eyes, jauchtzt and says she had done nothing wrong.
Everyone makes mistakes, but behaving in such a way to customers does not work at all.
NO GO FOR THOSE WHO HAVE TO DO WITH CUSTOMERS !!!
Was the first and last time!
