Die Software war mir in der Bedienung einfach sympathisch und der Helpdesk hat immer die Geduld mir weiterzuhelfen, auch wenn es kein Software-Thema ist, sondern lediglich mein mangelhaftes Buchhaltungswissen. Auch nach 2,5 Jahren nicht bereut auf ein Online-System umzusteigen. "Spaß" ist vielleicht nicht das richtige Wort, aber ob E-Mails beantworten oder die Buchhaltung zu erledigen bedeutet für mich mittlerweile Ähnliches und dafür bin ich irgendwie auch dankbar. Wird auch ständig weiterentwickelt, auch in Bereichen des Zahlungsverkehrs mit denen ich mich von selbst wahrscheinlich nicht beschäftigt hätte. Als EPU, von meiner Seite, absolute Empfehlung!! I finally found my accounting software here. I found the software to be easy to use and the help desk always has the patience to help me, even if it's not a software issue, just my poor accounting knowledge. Even after 2.5 years I haven't regretted switching to an online system. "Fun" may not be the right word, but whether answering e-mails or doing the bookkeeping means something similar to me and I'm kind of grateful for that. Is also constantly being developed, also in areas of payment transactions that I probably would not have dealt with myself. As an EPU, from my side, an absolute recommendation!

Was mir besonders gefällt ist die moderne Benutzeroberfläche und der rasche Kundensupport sobald man Hilfe benötigt. Kann das Tool bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen! I've been doing my bookkeeping with Informer for a while. What I particularly like is the modern user interface and the quick customer support as soon as you need help. I can recommend the tool without hesitation!

Ja, ich muss jetzt quasi meine BH selber machen, aber das läuft mit Informer und der APP derart intuitiv, dass mir der Aufwand gar nicht auffällt. Meine BH entsteht on the go! Für E&A Rechner und EPU generell sicher die schlankeste Art und Weise, diese "lästigen" Administrationsaufgaben zu erledigen. Und das Beste kommt erst: das System lernt ständig mit, dh. der Aufwand sinkt laufend, viele Dinge erledigt die AI für mich. The switch to Informer fully met my expectations. Yes, I have to make my own bra, so to speak, but with Informer and the APP it works so intuitively that I don't even notice the effort. My bra is made on the go! For E&A computers and EPU it is generally the most streamlined way of doing these "annoying" administration tasks. And the best is yet to come: the system is constantly learning, ie. the effort is constantly decreasing, the AI does a lot of things for me.
V	Vera Grablechner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Informer makes my life so much easier. I mainly use it for bookkeeping, invoicing and it is a huge help when I have to file tax documents. They keep improving the app as well and whenever I have an issue they reply quickly and offer great support.
