T	Thomas XX on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider mussten wir in diesem Jahr feststellen, dass die Silvretta Card, welche jeder Gast für seinen Urlaub erhält, nur noch ganz wenige Vorteile mit sich bringt. Der beliebte Badesee in See ist z.B. nicht mehr inklusive, das ist sehr enttäuschend. Man möchte die Gäste dazu bringen den Aufpreis für die Premium Card zu zahlen, das bedeutet bei einer 4 köpfigen Familie rund 150€! Dabei bezahlt jeder Gast ja auch schon Kurtaxe.. für uns ein Kriterium eine andere Urlaubsregion zu suchen. Nachtrag: Die Antwort auf meine Rezension lässt erkennen dass nicht verstanden wurde worum es mir geht. Ich reise ja nicht als Einzelperson sondern als Familie, und da beträgt der Aufpreis für die Silvretta Premium Card 150€ insgesamt. Und die beinhaltet genau die "Leistungen" die bis zuletzt in der "normalen " Silvretta Card bereits ( kostenfrei) enthalten waren. Andere Ferienregionen sind da ganz anders unterwegs und bemühen sich um Ihre Gäste. Schade. Unfortunately, this year we had to find out that the Silvretta Card, which every guest receives for their vacation, has only a few advantages. The popular bathing lake in See, for example, is no longer included, which is very disappointing. You want to get the guests to pay the surcharge for the Premium Card, which means around 150 € for a family of 4! Every guest already pays the visitor's tax ... a criterion for us to look for a different holiday region. Addendum: The answer to my review shows that it was not understood what I am talking about. I don't travel as an individual but as a family, and the surcharge for the Silvretta Premium Card is € 150 in total. And that includes exactly the "services" that were already included (free of charge) in the "normal" Silvretta Card until the very end. Other holiday regions are very different and take care of their guests. Too bad.

Wir hatten vor dem Urlaubsantritt eine Tour per Mail gebucht und mussten diese dann leider krankheitsbedingt stornieren. Dies ging problemlos ebenfalls per Mail und sehr schnell. Vielen Dank für die tolle Hilfe. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had booked a tour by email before the start of the holiday and unfortunately had to cancel it due to illness. This was also done by email without any problems and very quickly. Thank you for the great help.
