I don't give 1 star ... the info tikets are unfriendly employees and nobody wants to work and long wait in line .. that's cheek ..

Very unfriendly lady at the 2nd counter. (29.09 / 13:00) You can also approach things tactfully. Employee training is very important in such companies!
