★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved this place! Best Indian food I’ve tried in Europe. This is the closest to authentic Indian food you can get. We ordered the Rogan Josh and it was great! The staff and owner were great and hospitable. They are short on staff, which was acceptable. Make sure to reserve beforehand to avoid the wait. But overall , it’s worth trying! Prices are also reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really enjoyed my evening here. The service was excellent, the food was served quickly and the waiters were always around to make sure everything was okay. The food itself was delicious, some of the best Indian food I’ve had. I would highly recommend this restaurant, when I come back to Salzburg this will be the first place I eat in!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant is fabulous. Best Indian food in Europe indeed. Loved the Butter Chicken and Turbo Naan. Very family friendly and the staff and owner are very warm and welcoming! We visited twice on our 2 day trip !! Highly recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent food! Dal Tadka and turbo naan were fabulous together. They warn that the turbo naan is very hot and they are right. There are so many chilies in it! Only eat if you like hot food. My husband loved the Chicken Tikka Masala. Best he has had in Europe. Highly Recommend Taj Mahal for wonderful food, service, and experience.

Very nice behaviour of staff.
Much recommended for people who wants to have Indian-dinner/lunch.
Don't forget to book the table in advance if you r there during weekends/festivals !
