Customer Service does not exist. The prices are very high, a 2gb Raspberry pi 4 is sold for € 82 when in stores it is below € 40.

Beispiel. : Artikel günstig gekauft, der Artikel wurde "verschickt" .ich habe 1woche gewartet um zu erfahren, dass es jetzt doch storniert wird.
Darf mit den selben Artikel wo anders viel Teuer kaufen.. Da ich dank dieser Aktion den besten Zeitraum zum günstigen kaufen verpasst habe.
Kann hiervon nur abraten.
This store also sells on Amazon.
Example. : Item bought cheaply, the item was "sent". I waited 1 week to find out that it is now being canceled.
May buy a lot more expensive with the same item elsewhere .. Because I missed the best time to buy cheap thanks to this promotion.
Can only advise against this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mit leichter Verspätung kam aus dem Amazon Store eines von drei Produkten nicht ganz pünktlich an, nach einem Telefonat wurde durch einen sehr freundlichen Support alles geklärt ;) dafür gerne 5 von 5 Sternen.
Es ist so das die Menschen heutzutage schon für sehr wenig verärgert sind und gerade im Netz sich dann für Kleinigkeiten Luftmachen, das Problem ist die Verärgerung geht schnell, das Netz vergisst aber nichts und was bleibt ist ein schlechtes Wort über ein Unternehmen und Menschen dahinter die vielleicht nichts dafür können .
Gerne bestell ich wieder bei Ihnen

With a slight delay came from the Amazon Store one of three products not quite on time, after a phone call was clarified by a very friendly support everything;) for 5 out of 5 stars.
It is so that people are annoyed today for very little and just in the network then for small things air, the problem is the annoyance is fast, but the network forgets nothing and what remains is a bad word about a company and people behind the maybe they can not help it.
I will be happy to order from you again

I hope you never may have a problem with them because, in addition to inefficient communication service, they will not do anything to help you.
