Vor allem die Flexibilität und das Entgegenkommen der Chefin finde ich super - kam zwischenzeitlich alle paar Wochen nur zum Nachschneiden und auch das ging immer unkompliziert und zu geringen Kosten. Always good service so far, nice staff and priced good. Above all, the flexibility and the congenialness of the boss I think great - came every few weeks in the meantime only for regrooving and also always uncomplicated and at low cost.

R	Regina Englmeier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kam mit langen Haaren, die Spitzen sollten 10 cm gekürzt werden. Mehr nicht. Ich zeigte es ihr an einer Strähne. Und etwas Stufig schneiden, wie immer. Sie kürzte mein Haar um mehr als das doppelte!!! Jetzt sind sie kurz!!! Leider sieht man ja hinten nicht wenn sie anfängt! Ich wollte auch keinen anderen Schnitt!!! Sondern nur 10 cm kürzen! Ich wurde nicht gefragt! Sie schnitt einfach wie sie wollte! Gerade, obwohl beim alten Schnitt der Bogen ersichtlich war! Fazit, bin furchtbar enttäuscht, zornig! Keine Empfehlung!!! War jahrelang dort Kundin bei Andrea, bis sie wegen Krankheit aufhören musste und immer toller Schnitt. Diesmal eine einzige Katastrophe! Came with long hair, the tips should be trimmed 10 cm. Not more. I showed her by a strand. And cut something in stages, as always. She cut my hair more than double !!! Now they are short !!! Unfortunately you can't see at the back when it starts! I didn't want a different cut either! Just shorten it by 10 cm! I was not asked! She just cut how she wanted! Even though the bow was visible in the old cut! Conclusion, I am terribly disappointed, angry! No recommendation!!! Was a customer of Andrea for years until she had to quit because of illness and always a great cut. This time it was a catastrophe!
