Bevor man in ein Geschäft geht wo etwa alles etwas günstiger ist aber man keine so gute Beratung bekommt sollte man es sich wirklich überlegen ob man nicht eher ein paar Euro in das Service investieren will und in dieses tolle Geschäft kommt! Very good products and super nice and competent advice! Before going into a shop where everything is a little cheaper but you don't get that good advice you really should think about whether you want to invest a few euros in the service and get into this great business!

Obwohl die freundliche und sehr kompetente Mitarbeiterin von Imrotech sehr viel zu tun hatte, reparierte sie das Teil innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Super Service! Genauso so wünscht man sich das als Kunde! Had an emergency today - my robotic lawnmower charging station was not working properly. Although the friendly and very competent Imrotech employee was very busy, she repaired the part within a very short time. Super Service! That's exactly how you want it as a customer!

Kann nur jedem empfehlen, sich genau zu überlegen ob er ein Gerät zum reparieren bringt. I am immensely shocked and disappointed at how long-standing customers are suddenly dealt with. I can only recommend everyone to think carefully about whether to repair a device.
