S	Stephan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ absolut katastrophale leistung. das teuerste paket fuer 18 euro wurde bezahlt, als das auto aus der strasse kam war ueberall noch dreck sichtbar. der angestellte wollte mir erklaeren, das sich der dreck vermutlich schon eingebrannt hat... unabhängig davon dass dies nicht moeglich waere, das auto ist 2 monate alt. dann sagte er mir das sei aufgrund der tatsache dass die rollen nicht so hart eingestellt wereen koennen, um das auto nicht zu beschaedigen. als kulanz wollte er mir bei einer naechsten waesche eine gratis 2 euro felgenwaesche anbieten. einfach inakzeptabel! absolutely catastrophic performance. the most expensive package for 18 euros was paid, when the car came out of the street dirt was still visible everywhere. the employee wanted to explain to me that the dirt has probably already burned in ... regardless of the fact that this would not be possible, the car is 2 months old. then he told me it was due to the fact that the casters could not be set so hard so as not to damage the car. as a goodwill he wanted to offer me a free 2 euro rim wash for the next wash. simply unacceptable!

Wir haben auch extra noch 2 Euro für die Felgenwäsche bezahlt und auch die waren danach fast gleich schmutzig......So eine Abzocke, nie mehr wieder!!! We opted for the most expensive laundry for 18 euros and not even the bird droppings went down. We also paid an extra 2 euros for washing the rims and they were almost immediately dirty afterwards ...... Such a rip-off, never again!
