Cristof Pasterk der Geschäftsführer beantwortet keine e-mails egal ob über die Plattform willhaben oder über die eigene Homepage! Nach weiteren 2 e-mails bekommt man dann endlich eine unhöfliche Antwort, inkl Terminvorschläge, die für niemanden der vollzeit arbeitet wahrnehmbar sind! Karl Mooser: beantwortete zuerst die Anfrage sofort. Sogar einen Besichtigunstermin haben wir zustande gebracht. Vorort war er unmotiviert und konnte keinerlei Fragen beantworten. Noch am selben Tag gab ich die fix Zusage für die Wohnung! Per e-mail und mailbox, da man anscheinend ab Freitag 13 Uhr im Wochenende ist. Da keine Rückmeldung kam, hab ich am Montag wieder angerufen, wieder nichts, also im Büro „Herr Mooser ist nicht hier, aber die Zusage wird ihm ausgerichtet.“ Dann bekam ich ein e-mail mit dem Mietanbot, von zwei falschen Wohnungen bevor ich es von der Immobilie bekam, für die ich mich entschieden hatte. Mietanbot inkl. aller Beilagen für Mieterselbstauskunft noch in der selben Woche abgegeben. Keine Rückmeldung. Ständiges hinterher telefonieren hat leider auch nicht viel gebracht, die Auskunft von Herr Mooser war immer nur, dass er nichts weiß und auch nicht bis wann er eine Auskunft geben kann. Plötzlich stellte sich heraus, dass er als Doppelmakler tätig ist. Das ganze ist ca 5 Wochen her. Es kam nie wieder was! Keine Absage, keine Zusage, keinerlei Kontaktaufnahme durch den Makler! Ständiges anrufen meinerseits hat leider auch nichts gebracht. Es geht dann auch einfach keiner ran und zurück gerufen wird sowieso nicht!!! Miserable! Save the time to contact these brokers! Cristof Pasterk, the managing director, does not answer any e-mails, regardless of whether they want to go through the platform or via their own homepage! After another 2 e-mails you finally get a rude answer, including suggested dates, which are not perceptible to anyone who works full-time! Karl Mooser: first answered the request immediately. We even managed to arrange a viewing appointment. On the spot he was unmotivated and couldn't answer any questions. On the same day I gave the firm approval for the apartment! By e-mail and mailbox, since you are apparently on the weekend from Friday 1pm. Since there was no response, I called again on Monday, again nothing, so in the office "Mr. Mooser is not here, but the confirmation will be given to him." Then I got an e-mail with the rental offer for two wrong apartments before I got it from the property I had decided on. Rental offer including all attachments for tenant self-assessment submitted in the same week. No respond. Constant telephoning afterwards didn't help much either, the information from Mr. Mooser was always that he didn't know anything and also not until when he could provide information. Suddenly it turned out that he was working as a double broker. It was all about 5 weeks ago. It never came back! No rejection, no acceptance, no contact by the broker! Constant calling on my part unfortunately didn't help either. Then no one answers and there is no call back anyway!

Man kann sich wirklich die Zeit sparen diesen Makler zu kontaktieren. Everything, the availability, the documents and accessibility were very poorly prepared and looked extremely unprofessional. You can really save yourself the time to contact this broker.
