★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben 2019 eine Wohnung gekauft die Ende 2020 übergeben wurde. die Abwicklung ist grds sehr gut gelaufen und das Objekt/die Wohnung/die Gegend sehr schön.
Die Whg ist allerdings so extrem hellhörig, dass ich im 2. (obersten) Stock jeden Schritt unserer Nachbarn im EG (!) hören kann.. ich sitze seit bald 1,5 Jahren mit Ohropax in den eigenen 4 Wänden weil mich das wahnsinnig macht.
Wenn ich könnte würd ich die Zeit zurückdrehen und keine Unterschrift mehr auf den KV setzen.. :-/
We bought an apartment in 2019 which was handed over at the end of 2020. The transaction went very well and the property/apartment/area is very nice.
However, the apartment is so extremely poorly soundproofed that I can hear every step of our neighbors on the ground floor (!) on the 2nd (top) floor.. I've been sitting in my own 4 walls with earplugs for almost 1.5 years because it drives me crazy .
If I could, I would turn back time and no longer put a signature on the KV.. :-/
