Das einzige was der Hausverwaltung wichtig ist, sind die Vorgaben der Feuerpolizei einzuhalten. Die Kinderwagenräume sind mit Fahrrädern vollgestellt. Überall sind Räder und Wagerln die von Vormietern dagelassen wurden. Das kümmert keinen. Der Kinderspielraum wird als Abstellkammer für alte Möbel verwendet. Die Türe kann man nicht schließen. Usw. All das wurde gemeldet. Das interessiert keinen. Die Anliegen werden nicht einmal ignoriert kein Kundeorientiertes Verhalten. But Ösw did not get better by changing the name.
