m	michael müller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einmal Mieter bei Hammerl und nie wieder. Bei Mängeln würden wir allein gelassen, aber zu hohe Miete, ständige Mieterhöhung und ständig dubiose Gebühren. Mein Tipp unbedingt andere Vermieter suchen und Hammerl meiden! Once a tenant at Hammerl and never again. If there were any defects, we would be left alone, but the rent was too high, the rent was constantly increased and the fees were constantly dubious. My tip is to look for other landlords and avoid Hammerl!

Personal eine bodenlose Frechheit, Wasser wurde ständig ohne Vorankündigung abgedreht (super mit Baby im Hochsommer), wenn man freundlich anruft, wird man nur angeschnauzt, schlägt man einen schärferen Ton an, werden sie persönlich. A	Anna S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrophe! Nie wieder und keinem zu empfehlen! Sind im August in unsere Wohnung eingezogen und hatten nur Probleme (Stromausfälle, Schimmel,…). Die Hausverwaltung ist unfreundlich und schwer zu erreichen. Bei der Besichtigung reden sie alles schön und machen bei der Vertragunterzeichnung (39 Seiten!) Druck, jedoch kümmern sie sich danach um gar nichts mehr. Die ganze Wohnanlage ist schäbig, nirgendwo funktionieren die Klingeln… die Nachbarn haben schon Horrorstorys erzählt. Im Dezember wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, dass unser Dach kaputt ist und wir schnellstmöglich ausziehen müssen. Uns wurde für 4 Monate eine Übergangswohnung angeboten, danach sollten wir wieder in unsere Wohnung zurück. 9 Monate später wohnen wir immer noch hier und kriegen keine Informationen von der Hausverwaltung ob und wann wir wieder in unsere Wohnung zurück können. Wenn wir nicht schon zweimal dieses Jahr gesiedelt wären, würden wir sofort ausziehen! Derzeit ist unsere Klospülung kaputt und die Hausverwaltung weist uns nur darauf hin, dass wir uns selber um eine Reparatur kümmern müssen und diese auch selbst zahlen müssen.. Catastrophe! During the inspection they talk about everything nicely and put pressure on the signing of the contract (39 pages!), But afterwards they don't care about anything. The whole residential complex is shabby, the bells don't work anywhere ... the neighbors have already told horror stories. In December we were told that our roof was broken and that we had to move out as soon as possible. We were offered a temporary apartment for 4 months, after which we should go back to our apartment. 9 months later we are still living here and do not get any information from the property management if and when we can go back to our apartment. If we hadn't already settled twice this year, we'd move out right away! Our toilet flush is currently broken and the property management only advises us that we have to take care of repairs ourselves and that we also have to pay for it ourselves.

Nach Besichtigung und erneuter Kontaktaufnahme Kollegin UNINFORMIERT, ÜBERHEBLICH und KEILERISCH. Schade, wir hätten die Wohnung genommen... Nach dem Lesen der anderen (nun nachvollziehbaren) Rezensionen, sind wir nun doch froh, weiteren Unannehmlichkeiten entgangen zu sein. FIRMA NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN! I came to this company via an apartment advertisement (WILLHABEN). Broker Ms. DICKER, although difficult to reach, tried hard for the time being. After inspection and renewed contact, colleague UNINFORMED, PREDICTED and KEILERISCH. It's a shame we would have taken the apartment ... After reading the other (now understandable) reviews, we are happy to have escaped further inconveniences. COMPANY NOT RECOMMENDED!

Besonders verwunderlich ist oben drauf, dass der Großteil der sogenannten "Spezialisten", von tuten und blasen keine Ahnung hat und jeder Lehrling einen besseren Job macht! Fazit: Finger weg von diesem Unternehmen!! Extremely unfriendly staff that thinks it is something better! On top of that, it is particularly surprising that the majority of the so-called "specialists" have no clue about tooting and blowing and every apprentice does a better job! Conclusion: Stay away from this company!
