Obwohl die Kommunikation und die Verkaufsverhandlungen mit dem Kaufinteressenten teilweise sehr mühsam und langwierig waren, stand der Makler (Hr. Semler) und sein Notar-Team immer durch kompetente Beratung und Vermittlung und mit viel Geduld beiseite. Ohne diese fachliche Unterstützung und seine Vermittlungsfunktion wäre der Verkauf wohl nicht zustande gekommen. Abgesehen von den Verkaufsverhandlungen verlief alles reibungslos, zügig und einfach für mich. Top! Außerdem muss ich sagen, das ich die Makler von Mörtl Immobilien als durchwegs sympathisch und aufrichtig empfunden habe, ganz im Gegensatz zu meinen bisherigen Erfahrungen mit anderen Maklerbüros. Without this professional support and his mediation function, the sale would probably not have taken place. Apart from the sales negotiations, everything went smoothly, quickly and easily for me. Top! I also have to say that I found the Mörtl Immobilien agents to be consistently sympathetic and sincere, in contrast to my previous experience with other real estate agencies.
