L	Lirim i on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Frechheit diese Firma kommt einfach so eine Lieferung obwohl man die Waare nicht bestellt hat und das aller beste wird die dazugehörige Rechnung per Post geschickt obwohl man die Ware nicht angenommen hat und das ist mehrmals schon passiert eine Betrugsfirma seit ihr schlimmer als die Versicherungen !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! An impudence this company is just such a delivery even though you have not ordered the goods and the best of all the corresponding bill will be sent by mail even though you did not accept the goods and that has happened several times since a fraud company worse than the insurance !! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
R	R P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Papier, welches diese Firma an Papierspender in der Gastronomie liefert - aus meiner Sicht wider die Vereinbarung, ist von grottenschlechtester Qualität. Mit Papier dieser Firma gewöhnt man sich das Händewaschen ab. The paper, which supplies this company to paper dispensers in the catering trade - in my view, contrary to the agreement, is of the worst quality. With paper from this company you get used to washing your hands.
G	Gian Matteo Baisi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meglio guardarci 10 volte prima di firmare , ho avuto bisogno di migliorare il servizio al cliente chiedendo dei supporti aggiuntivi perché i miei clienti lamentano la scomodità del sapone non comodo e distante dal bidet, il direttore sig Marco mi ha fatto una proposta da ladrocinio chiedendomi ulteriori 75 € al mese che già ne pago oltre 600€ per avere un servizio non buono( a detta dei miei clienti) , quindi spendo soldi per essere penalizzato e ricevere critiche da parte della clientela ,sconsiglio vivamente di impelagarsi con questa ditta , mi dispiace ma questa è la realtà che poteva concludere con veramente poco ma quando non c’è la volontà di risolvere i problemi ma solo di speculare... Ebenso erzählen dir die Leute die dir das aufdringen wollen, dass du Papier unbegrenzt kriegst. Wir wollten den Vertrag kündigen weil das eine scheiß Firma ist, jedoch sind wir weitere drei Jahre verpflichtet. Super ganz toll Nie nie wieder und würd auf jeden Fall von der Firma die Finger weglassen!!! Größter Betrug und Frechheit Biggest shit ever !!!! They deduct things from your account, where we don't even have an explanation for what that should be. Likewise, people who want to force this on you tell you that you can get unlimited paper. We wanted to cancel the contract because it's a shitty company, but we are committed for another three years. Super really great Never again and would definitely keep your hands off the company !!! Biggest fraud and insolence
M	Markus Konrad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider auch keine guten Erfahrungen mit dieser Firma. Am Anfang wird einem alles versprochen und später nicht gehalten. Zuerst hies es, wenn man nicht soviel Papier braucht kann man einfach eine oder zwei Lieferungen abbestellen. Das geht nur mit viel höflichen Nachdruck. Dann obwohl unser Lager schon übergegangen ist durften wir dann den Vertrag endlich ändern. Nun ist man wieder zwei Jahre gebunden. Ohne zusätzliche Erinnerung das man wieder alles verlängert hat. Dann wird einem sogar etwas abgebucht ohne einen Lieferung bekommen zu haben da wir ja zuviel Papier haben. Hab der Firma sogar angeboten die Spender zu kaufen, damit man nur das Papier zahlen braucht was man benötigt. Geht auch nicht. Noch 6 Monate, dann ist endlich aus mit dem Knebelvertrag. Schade. Wäre ein taugliches Produkt aber auf Befehl kann man kein Papier verbrauchen. Im Endeffekt viel zu teuer. Unfortunately, no good experiences with this company. In the beginning everything is promised to you and later not kept. First, it said, if you do not need so much paper you can just unsubscribe one or two deliveries. This is only possible with much polite emphasis. Then, although our camp has already passed, we were finally allowed to change the contract. Now you are bound again for two years. Without additional reminder that you have extended everything again. Then one is even deducted something without having received a delivery because we have too much paper. The company even offered to buy the dispensers, so you only need to pay the paper what you need. Does not work either. 6 months left, then finally out with the toggle contract. Too bad. Would be a suitable product but on command you can not consume paper. In the end, much too expensive.
J	Jochen Reumüller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier wird trotz Lockdown und null Verbrauch immer noch eine Service-Gebühr kassiert. Gott sei dank hab ich den Vertrag bereits im 1. Lockdown gekündigt, sodass der Spuk mit dieser Firma im März endlich ein Ende hat. Freu mich schon wenn die Spender endlich abgeholt werden und die Konkurrenz bereits "Gewehr bei Fuß" steht. Auch eine Möglichkeit wie man langjährige Kunden loskriegt. In Zeiten wie diesen bloß nichts unterschreiben. Despite the lockdown and zero consumption, a service fee is still collected here. Thank goodness I canceled the contract in the first lockdown, so the ghost with this company will finally come to an end in March. I'm happy when the donors are finally picked up and the competition is already "rifle at foot". Also a way of getting rid of long-standing customers. In times like these just don't sign anything.
P	Petronella Auer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn es eine Bewertung mit 0 Sterne gäbe, würden wir diese vergeben. Keine Lieferung erfolgte nach Zeit Vereinbarung. Geliefert wurde nicht nach Bestellung sondern nach Gefühl vom Lieferant. Bei jeder Lieferung wurde uns was nachverrechnet ( 3mal zu wurden Waren verrechnet, die nicht mal geliefert wurden). Dann die Kündigung unsererseits. Monteur kam und demontierte die geliehenen Geräte. Dieser hat die demontierte Ware nicht von uns besichtigen und unterschreiben lassen. Die folgende Rechnung wies dann viele fehlende Geräte aus, die anscheinend gefehlt haben. Wir wollten die Bestätigung von der Firma für die Verrechnung der Geräte, was wir aber nicht bekommen haben. Zur Klärung der Angelegenheit habe ich mit der Einzahlung der Rechnung gewartet, nun ist aber ein Inkassobüro bei der Eintreibung der Rechnung eingeschaltet. Geklärt ist NICHTS. Finger weg von der Firma!!!!!! Weiters kann ich jeden meiner angeführten Urteile mit dem Schriftverkehr belegen. If there was a 0 star rating, we would give it that. No delivery was made after time agreement. It was not delivered according to the order but according to the feeling of the supplier. With each delivery we were billed (3 times were billed for goods that were not even delivered). Then the cancellation on our part. Fitter came and dismantled the borrowed equipment. He did not let us inspect and sign the dismantled goods. The following invoice then showed many missing devices that apparently were missing. We wanted confirmation from the company that we were billed for the devices, but we didn't get that. To clarify the matter, I waited to pay the bill, but now a collection agency is involved in collecting the bill. NOTHING is settled. Stay away from the company!!!!! Furthermore, I can substantiate each of my cited judgments with the correspondence.
