English phone call option is not available. You can call 4 hrs and nobody answer the phone. Terrible place for carriers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just wanted to comment, that while I admire and enjoy Ikea shop's set up and shopping in their stores, shopping on their website is trully a nightmare. Ikea web page is one of the least user friendly pages I have ever tried to use and I never finish the purchase because it just takes forever to brouse through and find all the products I need. It's a pitty that being such a progressive shop chain, their webpage just doesn't do them justice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great shopping venue with amazing atmosphere! Great stuff for good prices. The bar and the restaurant on the first floor offer good food and coffee and plenty of space to take a lunch or just grab a piece of swedish cake. Almond cake with cappuccino is a must!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10 minutes to choose two mattresses for nearly 1000 euro then cannot pay, 1/2 hour queue to find out why then I pay but must pay separately for delivery and then they cannot get through the computer the delivery. Luckily the staff are helpfull. If it was for the computer system, I would still be there waiting.
