Mir tut es nur Leid, weil Wien für mich nicht gerade um die Ecke ist. Ich bin nämlich aus Sierning. Eine Empfehlung muss ich aussprechen, obwohl der Ausdruck für diese Leistung billig klingt. Jedoch fand ich die Kommunikation, wie die Behandlung weitergeht, etwas unklar, einmal wurde das gesagt, dann wieder ganz anders. Außerdem dauerte die Behandlung am Ende doppelt so lange wie prognostiziert, man hat es aber nicht extra verrechnet. Durch die Behandlung ist am Zahnschmelz ein Schaden entstanden, als ich 2x darauf hingewiesen habe wurde ich auf gut Wienerisch abgeschaselt. Ich wurde hier stets von einem äußerst freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Team empfangen und behandelt. Die Terminvereinbarung erfolgt online oder telefonisch und man bekommt automische Terminerinnerungen. Die Ordination ist sehr schön eingerichtet und verfügt über modernste Technik. Die Wartezeiten waren in meinen Fällen immer sehr kurz. They finished the operation smoothly and quickly. I've been a customer for over 4 years and I've sampled several dentists. Ident is full of experienced, polite, and fantatic professionals. They're the best dentists in Vienna. If you don't mind paying more for quality care go to Ident.
