Ich bin auf voller Linie mit dem Kauf zufrieden, deshalb empfehle ich dieses Autohaus weiter und kann mir vorstellen, dass der nächste Gebrauchtwagen auch wieder von NIKLES sein wird. Als Frau, die ein Auto zwar bedienen, aber sonst wirklich keine Ahnung davon hat, genieße ich die vertrauensvolle, familiäre Atmosphäre und die Gewissheit, dass Reparaturen gemacht werden, weil sie notwendig sind, und nicht, weil sie Geld in die Kassa der Firma spülen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr aufmerksam, stets um die Zufriedenheit ihrer Kunden bemüht und vor allem sehr zuverlässig. Wenn ein Rückruf versprochen wird, wird auch zurück gerufen. Wenn eine Kostenschätzung vorab gemacht wird, wird diese auch eingehalten. Und sollte nach der Reparatur bzw. dem Service noch Zeit bei den fleißigen Mitarbeitern bleiben, erhält man ein gewaschenes, top gepflegtes Auto retour. Und das zu einem absolut fairen Preis!
