★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am 14. November war ich bei einer Sitzung wegen dem Rauchen! Und der Erfolg: Die letzte Zigarette war am 14.November 2018 um 10 .45 !! Natürlich habe ich leider an Gewicht zugelegt! ABER! Mit Sport geht das auch wieder runter.Denn Sport geht jetzt viel einfacher man hat einfach mehr Luft! Die Haut ist viel feiner.Die Geschmacksnerven sind viel feinfühliger.Der Stress "Ich muss noch schnell eine rauchen!" Ist nicht mehr da! Und ich habe seit da jeden Monat 180€ auf die seite gelegt!!! Jetzt könnt ihr euch ja ausrechnen was ich am 14.November aus meiner Nichtraucher rausnehmen kann!!! Also mit etwas Willen und Hypnose kann man sehr viel schaffen! Viel Glück an alle die versuchen wollen Mfg.Anita
 On November 14, I was at a session about smoking! And the success: The last cigarette was on 14.November 2018 at 10 .45 !! Of course I have gained weight unfortunately! BUT! With sport that goes down again. Because sports are much easier now you just have more air! The skin is much finer. The taste buds are much more sensitive. The stress "I have to smoke a quick one!" Not there anymore! And I have since every month put € 180 on the side !!! Now you can figure out what I can take out on November 14th from my non-smoker !!! So with a little will and hypnosis you can do a lot! Good luck to all who want to try Mfg.Anita
